Tom Moran

Tom has a BA in Marketing from Bethel University. He has worked exclusively in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, 24 of which  were as a top advisor located at Webster Bank.

He now practices with his partner of 10 years – Jessica Welcome-Cafasso. They share the same goal of creating multi-generational wealth strategies to grow, preserve, protect,  and pass on assets to the people
that you love.

In March  2019, Tom and Jessica selected Infinex Financial Group as their broker-dealer and founded Bantam Financial, a private, Connecticut based, full service wealth management  firm. Their firm was founded on the principle that client interest should always be more important than corporate interests.

Jessica Welcome - Cafasso CFP®

Jessica Welcome-Cafasso is an experienced and knowledgeable financial advisor, ready to work with you to ensure you and your family’s financial future. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and is a certified financial planner professional who holds her Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations and Life and Health Insurance licenses.

After 10 years of working at a local bank, she made the decision to start her own financial services company, Bantam Financial, offering securities through Infinex Investments with her partner, Tom Moran. Over the
last decade she has worked with thousands of clients to help them choose, invest and manage plans that
will offer flexibility with their financial mindset. Jessica’s main goal is to help you make well informed decisions on what types of investments are right for you. She takes an active role in educating clients and creating long-term client relationships and advice for life.

Jean DelBuono

Office Manager / Osaic Institutions Financial Advisor

Jean DelBuono brings a solid educational background and extensive experience in the financial industry to her role as an Office Manager and Osaic Financial Advisor at Bantam Financial.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and has been a stalwart presence in the financial sector. Her journey began with American Skandia in 1999, followed by a tenure at Webster Investments from 2001 to 2004. In the period from 2004 to 2019, Jean took time away from her professional pursuits to focus on raising a family. During this time, she successfully raised three children in Middlebury.

In 2019, Jean resumed her career with Charles Schwab & Co, and by August 2022, she embarked on a new chapter with Bantam Financial. Jean is a licensed financial professional, holding Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

In her current role as Office Manager and Osaic Institutions Financial Advisor, Jean plays a pivotal role in supporting and assisting Jessica Welcome-Cafasso and Tom Moran. Her responsibilities encompass logistical management, coordination of client events, and fostering client relationships. With a focus on client retention, Jean is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients of Bantam Financial.
